About this spot
El Yaque, by Margarita's airport on the island's south coast, is known worldwide for windsurfing and kiting. The easterly trade wind blows side-shore on most days, strongest from about December to May and again mid-year, over shallow, warm water.
Standing depth far out and schools on the beach make it a learning spot as well. The kite area is separated from the windsurfers; follow the local zoning and give way to boats.

No verified live webcam was found, so the camera links open Windy's webcam search instead of a local feed.
