About this spot
KiteBaku lists Buzovna as its address and teaches kitesurfing and wingfoiling all year, with wetsuits, helmets and water shoes supplied in winter. It quotes 6–12 hours of lessons to ride independently; 1 hour was 120 AZN.
This is the open Caspian rather than a lagoon, so conditions change with the Baku northerlies. The school teaches here, hence the beginner label — learn with them, not alone.
