About this spot
The association writes that the 1,500 km² lagoon has few real spots: the indented coast disturbs the wind, so riders choose the spot by exact wind direction. Mid-tide is ideal; low tide exposes coral heads or reef and high tide leaves no beach to launch or land.
The northern-season spot: daily sessions logged in 15–25 kn from N to NW in February, blowing from mid-morning to late afternoon.
