About this spot

The association writes that the 1,500 km² lagoon has few real spots: the indented coast disturbs the wind, so riders choose the spot by exact wind direction. Mid-tide is ideal; low tide exposes coral heads or reef and high tide leaves no beach to launch or land.

The association's most-logged session spot: morning sessions in 12–19 kn from S to SE (April–July). Riders report chest-deep water in the lagoon here.
