Kep West's Sailing & Discovery Center lists kite, foil and windsurf among its watersports with equipment rental, and a 'Kitesurf & Wingfoil School Kep West' operates from the centre. A June 2026 Kep West article describes two expats building a kite community there, riding a summer wind on choppy water off the mangrove shore.
