About this spot
Spots4Kite documents Fakir as a roughly 250 m sandspit reached past the Rouga Paliampelou access and then about 200 m on foot from a fish farm, worked by a west to north-west offshore wind of typically 10–20 knots between about 14:00 and 19:00 from June to September, over butter-flat sheltered water.
The same guide classifies it deep and advanced-only, and its flat water is the direct consequence of an offshore wind — drift downwind means no self-rescue to the launch. The guide lists glass and debris, pebbles and sea urchins, and notes the riding area overlaps a fish farm, so lawful access and riding permission are unverified; no school operates here. The guide's own naming is also worth flagging: this is the documented Fakir near Paliampela, and no qualified source was found equating it with the "Fakistis near Mytikas" mentioned elsewhere.
